I’m not sure about you, but I’m a huge Instagrammer. When I first started my long-distance relationship with my loving boyfriend, I didn’t know that there were things like LDR Magazine on the good ol’ interwebs that could help me through the tough times. So I would search for hashtags on Instagram that relate to LDR’s & what do ya know… I found a bunch of people that are on the same wavelength as me!
Why do I love LDR-themed Instagram accounts? Because having the little things already limited for my love and I (e.g. Kissing my boyfriend and holding his hand everyday, or ordering takeout and sitting on the couch watching Sports Center with him. Or slow dancing with him to our song in the lounge room), I want to remind him that the little things do count. And if that means tagging him in cute and romantic Instagram posts, then I’m going to do it!
There are many LDR Instagram accounts that are run by LDR couples wanting to express their love for one another. There are also some accounts that are run by people who understand the frustration of love being so close yet so far.

I tag my boyfriend in many of @skype.kisses’ posts because they’re what I’m feeling and what I want to say to my man. And I love how this page understands that that distance will never always be an issue. Love conquers all.

Another great page for LDR inspo. K and H are 3161 miles apart and have been together for just over 2 years and will be meeting for the first time in December 2014. Talk about commitment! I love their page because their love for one another is so strong and they know that a positive attitude will make the distance from each other easier to deal with.
