Can you cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at hello@ldrmagazine.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. All purchases and private information is processed through PayPal as a 3rd party which uses secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication and any addresses, credit cards or other personal information you may use to make your purchase. Happy shopping!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, yes we do! Our products are sent anywhere and everywhere! Shipping rates are calculated upon check out.

The best way to get more information about a product is to review it’s particular product page. When does LDR Mag charge me for my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, LDR Mag will charge you instantly or within 24 hours. The payment will show up in your paypal account, of if purchasing with your credit card through paypal, will show a paypal debit to your account.
Does you offer gift cards?
Sorry! At this time, LDR Mag does not offer gift cards.
What are your hours of operation?
our support team is in the office Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM. If you have a question or concern about an order, please send an email to hello@ldrmagazine.com. We’ll follow up during our normal business hours within 72 hours of receiving your inquiry.
Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
Contact us at hello@ldrmagazine.com as soon as possible after placing an order if you wish to cancel. We will notify the warehouse and try to cancel the order before shipment. However, if the item(s) have already shipped, you may return the items (with the above exceptions) and we will refund your purchase less shipping charges.
Digital products, custom products & personalized products can not be canceled or returned after purchase.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you’ve already placed an order, you are not able to change the shipping address in your account since we use the shipping address provided by Paypal to process your order.
To change it, please send an email to email hello@ldrmagazine.com with your order number and updated address. If the warehouse has not shipped your order we will request an address change.
