Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
By purchasing a digital download (such as PDFs, printables, guides, or other downloadable files), you agree to the following terms:
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for any reason.
- You are responsible for saving your files. Once purchased, you will receive a limited number of downloads before the link expires. We strongly recommend saving the files to your device immediately.
- If you lose access to your purchase (e.g., device failure, accidental deletion), we will not replace it.
- We are not responsible for any damage or technical issues related to the download or use of the files.
Courses & Digital Guides (Refundable Within 7 Days)
For online courses or digital guides, our refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, but only if no materials have been downloaded or accessed.
- If a refund is granted, you will lose all access to the course or guide immediately.
- Once a course or guide has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect misuse of the refund policy.
