  • Custom and made-to-order products have longer lead times, which will impact shipping and delivery dates.


  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 within the United States, otherwise you can find shipping pricing in individual product listings.
  • Digital Products are delivered directly to your inbox at the time of purchase.
  • For all customer orders, we ask that you allow for (3-5) business days prior to expecting a shipment notification. Items will then ship via USPS and include all tracking information. We take pride in the quality of these products and do what we can to ensure they have a safe journey on their way to you.
  • Shipping fees include postage, packaging, labor, and transportation costs.
  • USPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-day, 3-day and overnight shipments may take one additional business day. LDR Mag is not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
  • Be on the lookout for an email from with your tracking info once your order ships.
  • Please note, LDR Mag and it’s Creators are not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice. We also encourage you to handle your LDR Mag pieces with care, as damaged products caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.


  • International orders will be shipped by USPS First Class International mail, which comes with limited tracking via the customs number. The customs number we provide you is verification that the package has been shipped.
  • We are unable to replace lost packages for which we provide tracking numbers.
  • International orders will arrive approximately 10-15 business days after shipment
  • International orders may be subject to customs/import duties, fees, or taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and paying these fees, so please be aware of your countries customs tax policy.
  • All packages will be marked as merchandise.

  • We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at or to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.


  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of the date of receipt for a refund of the merchandise price, less the return shipping charge. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns on personalized products, online classes, food and perishables, and any items marked as Final Sale.
  • All returned products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unopened, unaltered) in the original box, free of damage.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
  • All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives within 7-14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • LDR Mag is not responsible for damaged products or losses during the shipping process through USPS. Each product is inspected before being packaged to ensure a high quality product. Items damaged in transit may be eligible for an item exchange on a case-by-case basis. Original item must be returned to exchange items.
  • Sales of all digital products, custom products & personalized products are FINAL.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email within 7 days of the date of delivery with:

  1. your order #
  2. item(s) you would like to return
  3. the reason for the return
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the return processing date. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit statement.
  • In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our customer support team at immediately with your order# and a photo of the damaged item(s).
