What are your accepted payment methods?

Currently, we process all orders through PayPal. Your credit card information is protected through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy very seriously – The same way we protect our own. We will never rent or sell your information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from you to convey your order information or to send you catalogs and emails at your request. Order Status

  • On Hold – Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.
  • Processing – Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department and we are gathering all of your goodies and preparing them to be shipped.
  • Complete – Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.
  • Canceled – Your order has been canceled, and your credit card has not been billed.


When redeeming Promotion, Discount, or Coupon Codes during checkout, please note that only one promotion code can be used per order.

Changes & Cancellations

If you have made an error in ordering and would like to change a detail or customization, we may be able to do so if your order still shows as “On Hold” status. If your order status says “Processing” or “Complete”, it can no longer be changed or canceled. It is in your best interest to make any errors known to us as soon as possible!
